Conference Program now available please click here!
The 2009 Creating Results Conference will be held on Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1, December 2009 at the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach hotel.
Designed to engage the beginner to seasoned RBA practitioners, participants will be provided practical, commonsense lessons that can be applied immediately. A proven framework, RBA has been implemented worldwide and provides the structure for measuring if anyone is “better off.”
The Conference will feature keynote addresses (click here) from leading experts and practitioners in the field who will explore the important distinction between performance and population accountability. Also featured will be a wide range of international and regional showcases, along with an array of opportunities for practical participation and learning throughout the two days.
Why Creating Results?
The language of performance measurement and accountability has posed complicated and often unanswerable questions for decades. The difference with RBA is that, for the first time, you are provided with a simple, common sense approach to providing answers.
Over two, value-packed days, you’ll be coached hands on by the world’s leading RBA practitioners, and see their theories in compelling reality across numerous case studies where RBA thinking and practice has changed organisations, and changed lives.
The Creating Results Conference is an opportunity to:
• Learn techniques designed to determine whether anyone’s actually better off from the work you do.
• Gain knowledge of strategies that assure money committed to your projects is delivers the best possible results.
• Ensure that each project you undertake, builds on the effectiveness of the last.
Who should attend?
Community and Human Service Organisations, government agencies, leaders and managers. Those government officials tasked with applying RBA, as well as team leaders and staff who have RBA emerging in their jobs.
RBA practitioners from the seasoned wanting to be at RBA’s cutting edge, to the new and beginner. This conference will revolutionise your view!
